موضوع بیمه نامه : عبارت است از بیمه مسئولیت بیمه گذار در قبال ساکنین ، اشخاص ثالث و مشاعات ساختمان ، بدین معنی که چنانچه در نتیجه قصور و سهل انگاری بیمه گذار خسارت جانی و مالی به ساکنین ، اشخاص ثالث و مشاعات که منشاء آنها ناشی از مشاعات ساختمان باشد وارد آید ، بیمه گر پس از احراز مسئولیت بیمه گذار و در صورت لزوم مطابق رای محاکم قضایی نسبت به پرداخت خسارت حداکثر تا تعهدات مندرج در شرایط بیمه نامه اقدام می نماید.

- در بیمه نامه مذکور خسارت وارده ناشی از فعالیت های نماکاری ، نقاشی، احداث و یا اضافه بنا و هرگونه تعمیرات اساسی و کلی ساختمان در تمام ساختمان های مورد بیمه و خسارات وارده به وسایل نقلیه مستقر در پارکینگ های عمومی و تجاری و اداری تحت پوشش نمی باشد و بیمه گذار می بایستی فراخور فعالیت های اشاره شده بیمه نامه مستقل دریافت نماید.
- تذکر: خسارت مالی وارده به اتومبیل های مستقر در پارکینگ ساختمان مسکونی که منشاء حادثه مشاعات ساختمان باشد مطابق شرایط بیمه نامه قابل بررسی و پرداخت میباشد . بدیهی خسارت ناشی از تصادف ، تصادم برخورد با اجسام ثابت و… که در نتیجه عمل راننده وسیله نقلیه حادث شود تحت پوشش این بیمه نامه نخواهد بود.
